I used to play in some bands around the Cedar Riverside area like the Triple Rock/Nomad etc. I'll stay away from the Wedge's baked goods haha It'd be great if there were some more healthy plant centered restaurants around here. My husband and have been plant based 2 yrs now since watching FOK. Have learned a whole lot since then. Great eating place in Minneapolis is Hard Times Cafe total hole in the wall cash only but great plant based options and not expensive. Don't ever allow yourself to start eating vegan baked goods at the Wedge food co-op cuz it's all downhill from there. And an electric pressure cooker has got to be the greatest invention ever.
